1. Morning Arrival

at Palma de Mallorca

 Direct ferries and flights from Barcelona

Welcoming at Palma & short transfer for an

introduction walk along an old pilgrimage path to the popular monastery of Lluc.

2. Island's heights

 Spectacular winding path to one of the highest summits of Mallorca: Massanella.

On the way, 18th century old snow wells and sweeping panoramas over the northern coast.

On a clear day, Menorca is even visible!

2 options: challenging or moderate.

3. Gorges of Biniaraix

 Starting from the quiet lake of Cúber, you follow a gentle path to a mountain pass at the foot of the Ofre peak (optional ascent: 1h).

Climax of the day: a breathtaking paved

path meandering down across drystone walls and olive groves to the lively town of Sóller.

4. Sóller to Deià

Wonderful footpath across green oak woods

and olive trees, destination Deià, a picturesque village elegantly restored, a renowned holiday resort for world-known artists.

You won't miss a swimm in a nearby tiny cove.

Half day walk or full day trip including lunch.

5. Valldemossa

 Transfer to the little town of Valldemossa,

one time a Winter retreat for Chopin and George Sand. Starting from there, a wonderful track leads up to a panoramic plateau along the "Path of the Archduke" overlooking the island.

6. Palma de Mallorca

 Optional trip on the old Red Train crossing hills and countryside to Palma de Mallorca! There will be time for a visit to the old centre town centre and its remarkable cathedral.

Transfer to the port or airport

in time for departure.

- 1 day visit to historical and natural sites in minibus (for small groups only)

- Independent refuge to refuge trail north to south of the island
